      The line is designed for producing HDPE,MDPE and PP plastic pipes with different specifications.By using corresponding srcew,die head and shape setting unit,the extruder can produce ABS,PA and PVC pipes.

      2.A separating flow type extrusion die head with central feeding screw.
      3.Vacuum negative pressure calibrating and circulating shower cooling.Water temperature,water level and vacuum degree is automatically controlled.
      4.Haul-off system has a pneumatic clamping unit,the clamping force is adjusted by air pressure value.The haul-off speed is automatically displayed.
      5.Cutting unit is functioned by hand or automatically.Cutting length can be preset,the capacity is automatically displayed.
